Is religion still necessary?
Musdah Mulia is the chairperson of the Indonesian Conference for Religion and Peace. She is a strong advocate of human rights, gender equality, tolerance, democracy and peace, from an Islamic perspective. She is also the author of “Muslimah Reformist” and “Islam, And the Inspiration for gender Equality”, In this talk, she asks the very important question on whether religion becomes a tool or an obstacle towards peace.
